These are not fence posts or immitation logs, made to give furniture a rustic look, but the real thing, done by hand.
While just two or three generations ago, our great-grandparents made their homes log cabins,
and their furniture often out of logs too, simply out of necessity and for lack of time or tools to
make detailed European pieces, now Canadians and Americans are seeking out the simple, rustic beauty
of those sturdy log beds and log furniture creations again.
